Sodexo Philippines has been recognized by the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the Philippines with the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) Award – Project Category for its flagship women empowerment initiative, SheWorks, a program that is transforming the lives of women particularly those from vulnerable backgrounds — by equipping them with skills, confidence, and access to meaningful employment opportunities.

Implemented in partnership with Life Project 4 Youth, SheWorks creates inclusive pathways through training, employability support, and opportunities for long-term economic independence, reinforcing Sodexo’s belief that empowering women drives positive impact across families and communities. This recognition also reflects Sodexo Philippines’ broader commitment to inclusion.  The award was received by Maria Krisanta Zara, Human Resources Director, during the Le Prix Soirée at Manila House Private Club, underscoring the organization’s continued commitment to building inclusive workplaces and shaping a more equitable future.
