"Life begins at the end of your comfort zone." This has become a lingering thought some six years back because I was already a banker for twenty years then. I knew I needed a career change, and the Sodexo Business Development Manager job opening was just the answer I was looking for. The rest, as they say, is history.

In celebration of International Women's Day, I now more than ever appreciate Sodexo. Here, everyone feels they belong.  Today and always, Sodexo advocates men supporting women, women supporting men, women supporting women, men supporting men, and women advocating for and learning from both men and women.  There is indeed power in men and women together! Raquel Y. del Rosario is Sodexo On-site Services Philippines' Business Development Director. Kaye's career with Sodexo started in March 2017 as Business Development Manager for Corporate and Energy & Resources segments, and now handles all priority segments in the country.

Kaye has played a pivotal rôle in all bid negotiations for prospective clients and cross sales, closely collaborating with various job families notably Operations and Transversal team. The new client portfolio especially over the pandemic period has helped the business navigate the crisis with minimal disruption.

Kaye is part of the Country Leadership Committee and drives strategic local and regional growth partnerships and business transformation to achieve Sodexo’s ambition.
