Reports To: Country President
Position Purpose:
- To provide support to existing and new sites in terms of conceptual development, promotions, merchandising and marketing.
- To identify and implement market trends and to enhance the image and competitive nature of Sodexo Food and Facilities Management.
- To ensure Sodexo is the benchmark in the industry.
Key Result Areas:
- Provision of support to Operations / Site Managers in making site observations and recommendations and developing new concepts and merchandising / marketing solutions.
- Development of conceptual ideas and management of new projects, liaising with Sodexo design / operations / consultants where appropriate.
- Identification and communication of the latest market trends in food service retailing and competitor activity to enable continuous improvement and innovation.
- Creation of a merchandising resource guide.
- Production of a promotional calendar for applications in the Philippine businesses.
- Development / maintenance of the Sodexo campaign and implementation of supporting visual components.
- Development and maintenance of professional relationships with new and existing suppliers to foster promotional opportunities and create awareness of product developments.
- Liaison with suppliers / Sodexo Purchasing Department / Executive Directors to manage supplier promotional funds and implement activities.
- Contribute to the overall improvement of Communication standards within the country and in coordination with the organization’s Communication Department.

- Contribute to the Brand Identity rollout locally to ensure internal and external coherency of our image.
- Participate in Division and Group Communication initiatives
- Internal information “Celebrate Success”
- Annual Report, Corporate Citizenship Report
- Country Corporate Internet Site project
Key Competencies:
- Tertiary Qualifications in marketing or a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a management role with international brand experience.
- Leadership and motivational skills.
- Proven problem-solving abilities.
