Commemorating International Women's Day
Providing Opportunities for Independence Through #SheWorks
Launched on International Women’s Day 2019, SheWorks is a global initiative that aims to connect women in our community, especially those in vulnerable situations, with Sodexo employees in a one-day program to learn about Sodexo’s business and job opportunities. This year, in 2021, we worked with local NGO Daughters of Tomorrow, to provide women from our community with job shadowing and career coaching and support their efforts towards financial independence.
