From enhancing my leadership skills—sharpening my strategic thinking, communication, and influence—to gaining the confidence to assert my abilities, SheLeads equipped me with the tools to navigate challenges and push boundaries. It wasn’t just about career advancement; it was about unlocking my full potential and aligning my growth with my values.
Beyond self-discovery, SheLeads created a powerful network of women leaders and mentors, fostering meaningful connections across Sodexo. It provided a supportive and empowering space where women could learn, grow, and inspire each other to lead with purpose.
