In the last twelve months, the world around us continued to evolve rapidly. In the face of conflict, health crisis, and reopening, our teams remained resilient to provide sustainable services to our clients and consumers.

This annual review reflects on the collection of Sodexo’s Corporate Responsibility (CR) achievements for the APAC region in FY2022. We look back on the progress we have made towards our global Better Tomorrow 2025 Roadmap and where we have delivered positive impact on individuals, communities and the environment.

Some of our region’s highlights include:

  • Food Waste Reduction: Avoided 5,325 metric tonnes of carbon emissions through the deployment of WasteWatch
  • Sustainable Eating: Promoted plant-based solutions by collaborating with celebrity chefs and creating in-patient dining solutions
  • Responsible Sourcing: Reduced purchase of single-use food service disposables, achieved 100% certified sustainable palm oil purchase and introduced more sustainable fish, seafood and coffee in our supply chain
  • Social Impact: Impacted 126,088 beneficiaries through our Stop Hunger initiatives that reduce hunger and drive women empowerment
